While working for Reedsy, I was part of a 2 person team who organized a social media campaign to raise money for charity.
We wanted writers from around the world to share their story of why they loved to write, and in exchange for every video we received, we would give $10 to Room to Read, the charity with whom we partnered up.
I was in charge of the social media posts, videos, and visuals, working together with the design lead to make it a reality.
The campaign consisted of videos that authors sent to us, which we uploaded to YouTube and displayed on our campaign page: https://blog.reedsy.com/iwritebecause/
In the end, we managed to get bestselling authors and even the founder of Room to Read to submit videos for the campaign.
